RES-Q-TACK LONG BOOTS – BACK

Tough padded Nylon outer with 4 Elasticated straps easily attached with Hook & Loop.

Soft fabric pockets on the inside to accommodate gel packs (4 per boot).

The Gel packs can be used to apply ICE or HEAT Therapy.

ICE Therapy – Keep Gel Packs in Freezer for 2 hours.  Although frozen, packs will remain soft and malleable. Use for 10 – 20 minutes.

HEAT Therapy – Allow pack to stand for 7 minutes in boiled water.  Apply until pack is no longer hot.

The boot is ideally used to cool the body temperature after strenuous exercise, to reduce inflammation, circulation, for injuries, circulation, pain and arthritis.

MAGNETIC Therapy – Slide the magnet pads into the inner pockets and leave on as long as possible
